Partner/Affiliate Marketing Manager
Our client is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to manage day-to-day relationships with all partners, ensuring that production and marketing programs are executed on time, issues are identified and resolved quickly, and partners are satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Manage community, sponsored events, affiliates and offers on partner sites
- Oversee promotion and advertising commitments on partner sites and work with external advertising team and agency to maximize ROI
- Define marketing strategy for each partner channel and work with internal and external partner teams to effectively execute that strategy
- Partner with Production team to establish requirements for partner initiatives that require product development support
- Experience with online marketing programs, campaign management, as well as deployment and tracking of campaign performance
- Manage weekly and monthly reporting and tracking of performance metrics and working with our Analytics & Finance teams to make ensure financial and metric reporting requirements are fulfilled
Required Experience
- Extensive project management experience and ability to handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects with minimal direction.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate, parse, and easily summarize complex issues across various management levels within partner organizations.
- Must be able to define project scope and prioritize partner projects appropriately.
- High level of comfort escalating and presenting key partner issues to senior management when appropriate
- Familiarity with online affiliate programs like CJ/Linkshare, interpreting legal documents, conducting financial analysis, and identifying and framing technical issues.
- Superior analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Desire to work hard in a fast-paced, team environment
- Possesses passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years business experience with strategic partner and/or performance marketing experience
- Relevant experience with consumer Internet products or services preferred
- Proven track record in developing online marketing programs that drive financial results.
- B.A. in Marketing, Business, or related field
